Hello Soul Family! Thank you for being here. I'm Elle Caruso, the heart behind The House of Bodhi.

I know what it feels like to lose your center — and what it takes to find real peace again. Not the kind that asks you to pretend everything’s fine, but the kind that lasts because it's built on a foundation of truth, courage and activating your unique soul signature.

I didn’t wake up one day and decide to do this work — life trained me for it.

From a childhood spent learning to be my own anchor (I was reading self-development books by age 11)...

To walking through divorce with four young kids (holding the quiet bravery of “I will do this differently”)...

To building businesses from scratch (reaching for the stars when I didn’t even have a step stool)...

To losing three core relationships to health battles — my best friend when I was 19, my aunt (like a second mom) when I was 30, and my dad when I was 38 — (each one reminding me that even in loss, the bond remains — steady, evolving, and alive).

In my late twenties, my own body began breaking down. After several surgeries, a pacemaker, a melanoma diagnosis, and waves of sadness — I began to understand what I now witness so often in my clients:

Your body will create dysfunction to wake you up — to show you where you’ve been neglecting your needs, silencing your truth, avoiding what’s real, or dismissing your intuition.

And the longer you wait to listen, the louder the symptoms will get.

That understanding shifted my work entirely. I began as an interior designer, creating homes that were luminous, intentional and alive... but over time I realized that a beautiful home means very little if the person inside is unhappy.

So I began aligning both, the home + the human. Guiding people to bring harmony and light back into their lives.

That calling has grown into something much bigger. Today, I work with teens, individuals, couples, and families — guiding them through their own unique evolutionary process.

I can see the map within each person, each relationship, and each family dynamic. I can see what their body and soul is asking for, what’s blocking the light, and how to bring it all into alignment.

This isn’t about fixing anyone — because you’re not broken. It’s about remembering your wholeness and re-igniting the golden light within.

I know this path intimately because I’ve lived every layer of it. I didn’t stop until I awakened my own golden codes through all eight layers of my soul blueprint. And that's why I can see so clearly where others are blocked — and where their light is ready to shine.

The keys, frequencies, and ancient wisdom that emerged from my own transformation became the foundation of the healing system I now share through my 1:1 Golden Journeys and our at home Bodhi Box System — guiding others to rise, realign, and remember their own magic.
