I’m Elle Caruso, the heart behind The House of Bodhi. My mission is simple yet profound: to guide you in waking up, breaking free, and stepping into the truth of who you really are.

I’ve walked through the fire of struggle, and now, I’m here to guide you through yours—so you can rise, shine, and create a life that aligns with your soul’s deepest desires. You were born to be happy and I’m here to help you remember that.

Elle's Story - Video VersionI was born with hope in my veins and a vision of living a grand, beautiful life. But that vision didn’t match the world around me. Life taught me quickly that survival often came before joy.

As a sensitive, intuitive child, I felt everything. I knew my parents couldn’t hold the fullness of me, so I reached for more — more truth, more beauty, more meaning.

When my parents divorced at 12, I felt relieved. It marked the beginning of my awakening. I dove into self-development books and sought answers to life’s deeper questions. By 16, I graduated high school, moved out and began writing my own story.

Marriage and motherhood came quickly. Four children, health challenges, and eventually the realization that our family needed to grow in a new direction. Divorce wasn’t an easy choice, but it came from a higher place.  My kids were just 2, 4, 5, and 12 at the time.

Yes, people judged.
Yes, there were whispers and raised eyebrows.
But I trusted my soul’s timing. I felt guided by something greater.

It wasn’t surface-level confidence—it was spiritual.  I could feel my angels. My higher self. They were cheering me on, reminding me I was not here to stay small.

I poured my heart into my kids while building my interior design business.

Together, we created so many beautiful memories. 

Our kitchen table has always been the heart of our home where we share, we laugh, we learn, we nourish, we question, and we explore every topic under the sun.

These are some of the most sacred moments of my life. 

And still, there were nights I cried myself to sleep and mornings when the world felt impossibly heavy. But I always rose. Not perfectly, but with authenticity — offering myself grace, holding onto faith, and staying anchored in the vision I carried since birth: a life of peace, joy, connection, and truth.

Along the way, I devoted myself to study — psychology, neuroscience, conscious parenting, ancient wisdom, and holistic healing. Piece by piece, I reawakened my intuitive gifts and remembered truths I’ve carried across lifetimes.

I spent years designing homes, creating sanctuaries of beauty and harmony. But my soul kept calling me deeper — beyond walls and into hearts. That’s when I understood: my true work wasn’t only transforming spaces. It was transforming lives.

And that is how The House of Bodhi was born.
