I’ve walked through the fire of struggle, and now, I’m here to guide you through yours—so you can rise, shine, and create a life that aligns with your soul’s deepest desires. You were born for greatness, and I’m here to help you remember that.

I was born with hope in my veins and a vision of living a grand, beautiful life.
But that vision didn’t match the world around me.
I quickly learned that life isn’t always kind, that working hard was survival, and that staying small felt safest.

My parents did the best they could, but there was a lot of unspoken pain in our home.
My dad was emotionally distant and unstable, and I felt the absence of the steady, masculine support that I deeply needed.  I often felt unsafe. Unseen. Unimportant.

Still, beneath it all, something deeper stirred.
A quiet strength in my soul.
A love I carried from somewhere else—another place, another life.
Even when I didn’t understand it, I longed for that feeling. That kind of love.

As a sensitive, intuitive child, I felt everything.
I could sense the energy in the room before a word was spoken.

I knew my parents were hurting. I knew they didn’t have the space to hold all of me.
So I became the little red headed girl who reached for more—more truth, more beauty, more meaning.

When my parents divorced at 12, I felt an unexpected relief.
It was the beginning of my awakening.
I dove into self-development books and sought answers to life’s deeper questions:
Why are we here? What happens after we die?
What is this ache inside me that keeps calling me home?

Even in my darkest moments, I felt a connection to God—a quiet knowing that I was being guided, protected, and held.

I had a fierce desire to grow and create something better.  By 16, I graduated high school, moved out, started college... and a few years later I was married. 

Young, yes—but I was ready to begin my own story.

Four kids, health challenges, and many chapters of growth later, I realized my marriage had run its course. The decision to divorce wasn’t easy—but it was necessary.
My kids were 2, 4, 5, and 12.

I was choosing not just survival, but expansion for all of us.

Yes, people judged.
Yes, there were whispers and raised eyebrows.
But I trusted my soul’s timing. I felt guided by something greater.

It wasn’t surface-level confidence—it was spiritual.  I could feel my angels. My higher self. They were cheering me on, reminding me I was not here to stay small.

I poured my heart into my kids while building my interior design business.

Together, we created so many beautiful memories. 

I gave them everything I could.

Some days, it was a lot.
Some days, it wasn’t.

But no matter what, I focused on nourishing them—with unconditional love, acceptance, and homemade meals whenever I could. Feeding others has always been my love language.

Around the table, we shared countless conversations—laughing, questioning, exploring every topic under the sun.

These are some of the most sacred moments of my life. 

But still, behind the scenes, I often felt deeply alone—carrying the weight of it all in silence.

There were nights I cried myself to sleep, and mornings when I wasn’t sure how I’d make it through.

But I always rose.

Even when my heart ached, when the bank account was low, and the entire world felt heavy on my shoulders, I’d talk myself through it—sometimes with tears, sometimes with my angels, sometimes with pleading to the heavens—while offering myself grace through and through.

I held on to the vision wired into me from birth—a life filled with peace, joy, connection, and truth.

So I kept showing up. 

Not perfectly, but authentically. 

While most parents poured their energy into grades and game-day wins, my focus was on something deeper.

I wanted my kids to know their worth.
To dream without limits.
To envision the life they truly desired—and believe it was possible.
To live with honesty, integrity, and heart.
To trust their inner voice, even when the world tried to quiet it.
And above all, to never settle for less than what sets their soul on fire.

And yet, beneath all of that…
I was quietly longing for someone to remind me of those same truths.

Still, I kept choosing growth.

I clung to hope like a lifeline.
I dove deep into psychology, neuroscience, conscious parenting, ancient wisdom, and a wide spectrum of holistic healing.

I awakened my intuitive gifts and began to remember truths that had lived inside me for lifetimes.

Through this remembering, I found my purpose.
My light.
My voice.
And I finally began to live from the wholeness I had been seeking all along.

As an Interior Designer, I transformed physical spaces into beautiful sanctuaries.

But I felt a deeper calling—a desire to blend my passion for self-development and embodied authenticity, with my gift for creating harmony.

So, I took a leap of faith and devoted myself fully to the art of transformation, not just in spaces, but in lives.

That’s what led me here.
To The House of Bodhi.
To this sacred work.
To you.
